The Beauty of Blossom

What an amazing day! the sun is shining and it is warm, wow that vitamin D is good. I took a really long walk around the park this morning, Maeby the whippet has only ever seen autumn and winter so this is her first spring and she was so happy to run about without her coat although she did look naked! She has taken to terrorizing bumble bees which is a bit mean as we really need them, I am sure a sting is on the cards!
I had my camera and took loads of pictures of the blossom and blue skies for my website, all my work is inspired by Englishness and there is nothing better than a sunny English park to compliment it x

Pear Pearl

Here is a cute new necklace called Pear Pearl. which is made of 9ct yellow gold with a beautiful Tahitian pearl topped with a stalk and leaf. Pearls are quite traditional and are often made into quite serious pieces but this one has a fun twist. It is on a longer chain than usual at 21" so sits really nicely lower down - perfect for layering! x

Vintage Diamonds

Here are some more images of new pieces made with vintage coloured diamonds and 9ct yellow gold. I really love these stones because of their antique feel and have been looking for them for a while so it's great to be able to make these simple pieces with them. I hope you like them!! x

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

For the party night of the year, I am spending the evening in with my man and my dog - very grown up. Marks & Spencer's Liverpool Street looked liked it had not had a delivery for a while but we managed to get some good steaks and cakes and crisps and crab.............yum.
I can't wait to try out my new old school bowl champagne glasses at midnight!!!!!!!!
Have fun!
Cheers xxxx

Large Engraved Necklaces From the Original Collection

These are the pieces developed for my Masters Degree, I love the over sized proportions (they are 6cm wide) of a design originally inspired by Victorian lockets. Each piece has been beautifully hand engraved and highly polished which is not normally done in fashion statement jewellery these days so it feels and looks really good and luxurious x

YouTuuuuuuuuuube!

Kathryn and Rainy from EC One come to my studio the other week to record me! Argh, It is always so weird seeing yourself and hearing your own voice. We had some red wine first so that helped and it was good fun in the end.

Kat also has her own blog Like Gold Dust which is really good as she is very into her jewels! x
